Session Abstract
Recent shifts to competence-centered curriculums have placed increased scrutiny in monitoring student’s competency development and attainment. Numerous performance dimensions, concepts of self-awareness, feedback and other leadership competencies contribute to the complexity of this task. This session explores demographic factors that impact change in competency assessment.
