Session Abstract
Roughly one-half of all doctoral students will fail to graduate. Scholars have examined this phenomenon from various angels, with literature suggesting engagement with faculty is an essential aspect in retaining and graduating doctoral students. This session will present a model for faculty in fostering engagement with their doctoral students.
