Session Abstract
This paper seeks to combine autoethnography with linguistic analysis to explore how hegemonic masculinity (Collins, 2015 & Connell, 1987, 1995) and coded racist language (Myers, 2005 & Hill, 2008) work together marginalize women, gay men, people of color, and especially those at the intersection of those three identity markers.
