Session Abstract

This session will provide an overview of pedagogical practices and strategies to help online math/algebra instructors better engage and support their returning, nontraditional, and adult learners. The approach is to support these adults with activities and games which prepare them with algebra language and symbols necessary to be used in algebra for online courses.
