Session Abstract
As higher education institutions continue to expand their online offerings, the need for a consistent approach to developing, designing, and delivering virtual courses has become evident. Via this session, we present a guide for the implementation of a quality assurance program to ensure high quality, learner-centered and engaging online offerings.
