Session Abstract
Connectivism provides theory for teaching and learning in a connected world. As a functional theory combining elements of the behaviorist, cognitive, and constructive theories, it provides a framework for those who design instruction for workforce communities. Networking, diversity, autonomy, and emergent knowledge are addressed as they contribute to innovation.
