Session Abstract
As the workforce becomes more diverse, there is a need to uncover and explore the various cultural and demographical experiences that can assist in building inclusive workspaces. While often viewed as obligatory, this session will discuss learning methods that promote engaging and purposeful diversity training and programming for the workplace.
