Session Abstract
With the support of federal policy initiatives, we are witnessing a resurgence of apprenticeship training programs in North Carolina and throughout the country. As an employer-driven approach to meet urgent workforce demands in partnership with community colleges and community stakeholders, apprenticeships promote opportunities for workers to obtain high-skilled jobs.
