Session Abstract
The purpose of this roundtable paper presentation is to reveal how training and development activities transformed Universal Primary Education (UPE) Tanzanian teachers by helping them to adapt and, improve working conditions. This completed research investigation demonstrates how professional development and technology, that UPE teachers received impacted their transformation and identity.
