Session Abstract

Impostership Phenomenon (IP) refers to an uncomfortable and often debilitating feeling of fraudulence. This condition is prevalent with adult learners regardless of age, gender, or race, which is why concern is growing for many adult educators. This session will cover probable causes, characteristics, identification, and negating the effects of sufferers.
