Session Abstract

Drawing from postmodern scholar Jean Baudrillard’s notion of hyperreality, this PechaKucha presents a postmodern approach to the inquiry of teaching and learning in adult education programs for immigrants, where HyperAmerica is constructed and transferred to newcomers through the use of media in the classrooms.
