Session Abstract
In our technology-driven society, it is imperative that professors integrate some form of digital technology in their classrooms. Digital technology provides access to information instantaneously regardless of location, space, or time. Professors have to constantly think of ways to keep students engaged whether it is a face-to-face class or online class. This topic investigates the advantages and disadvantages of using digital technology in higher education classrooms. With each advantage and disadvantage, there are different perspectives that a professor has to consider when integrating any form of digital technology in the classroom.
