This session focuses on a workforce development initiative in Virginia, called Plugged-InVA, a workforce development model for lower-skilled adults. The study of Plugged-InVA evaluations from both participants and the groups who have implemented this program since 2009 will be discussed. Findings will inform practitioners on best practices implementing similar programs.
