Session Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine how leadership and culture are fundamentally intertwined, and specifically, how strategic leadership impacts the organizational culture. If we understand the reciprocal relationship between organizational culture and strategic leadership, we may understand more about adult learning and organizational learning through this lens also.
