Session Abstract
In this session, we present Supporting Transformative Excellence (STE), a model focused on facilitating the re-integration and persistence of adult learners in higher education institutions. STE proposes the use of experiential learning, andragogy principles, user-friendly technology, and adaptive interventions in the design and implementation of academic programs for adult learners.
