Session Abstract
The assumption that ICT integration automatically produces gains in adult and continuing education programs may not necessarily hold true for Africa where the spread of technological reach is disproportionate. The response rate of different African countries to the integration of ICT is examined, existing gaps identified and context-specific model proposed.
