Session Abstract

This session will present an excerpt of research regarding policy-influenced barriers to program access experienced by of a group of African-American and Latinx adult literacy learners. Session participants will have the opportunity to discuss policy concerns relevant to their own programs and we will brainstorm ideas for change.
