Session Abstract

Gifted and talented adults are often unnoticed in mainstream conversation around teaching adults. Yet, facilitating them effectively remains crucial to their personal success, and to classroom dynamics as a whole. This presentation will introduce adult educators to several key characteristics of gifted adults, and share examples of challenges they face.
