Short Description
The objective of this study is to find a relationship between advisor-use by a household and possible gaps in retirement that could be nearly filled by housing wealth. This study intends to identify the characteristics of the households that could lose on opportunities for timely use of housing wealth due to lack of planning (Lusardi & Mitchell, 2007; Sun et al., 2007).
