Program Summary

This presentation explores what exemplary pre-k teachers know and do to support the language and literacy development of young Dual Language Learners (DLLs).  Findings from this study address a critical need in teacher education—how can teacher educators better prepare early childhood teachers to effectively teach DLLs?
