Program Summary

This paper contributes to discussions regarding the impact of mentoring on foreign language teacher training and reports results of a pilot program which employs a constructivist-oriented model for implementation. This study explores the relationship between mentors and pre-service teachers a Colombian university. Data collected via interviews and reflections.
