Program Summary

Beliefs are been related to teachers’ practices. These pedagogical practices cannot be changed without intervene beliefs. Through a process of Reverse Mentoring, beliefs may be altered, if observations and reflections are involved in the reshaping of in-service teacher’s practical knowledge developed through  years of teaching experiences
