Identify the intensified learning and teaching roles of library, system provider, and content providers in the era of emerging Library Management Systems.
Identify areas of our work and needs that have changed or need clarification in this new era.
Consider better ways to communicate and be in partnership to ensure that what comes through to our patrons is the best it can be.

Abstract

As new library systems emerge, the need increases for all parties to be communicating, teaching, and learning. Problems may have origins far back along the chain of information provision. We will discuss roles and methods needed to help support each other and to provide excellent service and access to resources.
