Program Summary

Teaching English at elementary schools in Colombia has become a challenge, since teachers at this school levels are not professional English teachers.   Pre-service teachers from English teaching programs contribute improve the teaching practice of In-service English teachers, playing the role of indirect mentors (Reverse Mentoring process).
