Session Abstract

               The purpose of this paper is to review recent research into the millennial generations’ traits, organizational communication, and turnover intention of millennial employees. Also, the author will explore the relationship among three key factors and how millennials’ traits influence organizational change and social change in the future.

Target Audience

Different generations: Baby boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, Gen Z

Learning Outcomes

Why an understanding of millennials' traits is important in this society and how to make a connection with the workplace to learning. Also, How to make better organizational communication culture and minimize the turnover intention of millennial employees.

Session Description

I think the important session for this presentation is going to get to know more about the millennial generations' traits in an organization. Also, how does organizational communication between Gen Y and other generations cause conflicts and turnover intention of Gen Y employees? 

Format & Technique

The presentation will divide into 3 parts: Intro, Body(Literature Review), and the conclusion. I will do the presentation by using ppt slides. I will also have Q/A session after the presentation or I can lead the discussion session during presentation.
