Session Description
Adult learners face many challenges beyond the academic setting. As leaders, we must be willing to meet the students where they are at in life and then carry them as for as they can go. When we educate one student; we've have impacted at least two generations of families. This is a critical time for adult learners as well as for higher education. Education is a life long process and when must embrace our commitment by becoming more innovative and relevant to students' needs.
