Session Abstract

Women are on the forefront of business, education, and opportunity.  I will provide you with an inside look into the inner challenges that some of the most influential leaders face daily.  Even if successful, there are some barriers that, if not confronted, will keep you from reaching your highest potential.

Target Audience

The target audience are women who are leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, educators, students, and visionaries.

Learning Outcomes

Learners will enhance their quality of life by becoming more productive in every area of their life. Learners will be able to identify personal challenges that affect their professional growth and explore efficient techniques that will assist in overcoming personal barriers.

Session Description

In 45 minutes, women will be an active participant in the awareness of how personal issues affect every area of life, even in their career.  I will provide the women with the tools to identify and overcome personal challenges to help them achieve their highest potential and productivity.  Participants will be empowered to take charge of their destiny and set attainable goals, no matter what obstacles that stand in their way.

Format & Technique

I plan to present in a lecture-style format.  Participants will be actively engaged through a series of questions and group activity.
