Skills or Experience
I'm a holistic wellness instructor for over 8 years now, teaching in educational and hospital organizations in the Bay Area and Asia. I was Director of K-12 Mind-Body Wellness at a private school and taught as Lecturer at the organization's wellness facilities. I currently facilitate monthly self-care workshops, and teach Behavioral Health and Healthy Lifestyle classes to Kaiser Permanente Medical Weight, Insomnia and Anger Management patients.
