The study investigated the Social Inclusion Programme (SIP) of the ER&GP and the felt-needs of the people. The investigation was carried out with 2000 adults. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Data collected for the study was analysed with mean, standard deviation, simple regression and F-statistics.
My target audience include: all stakeholders, professionals in the the field of adult education and community development and members of the international community.
Learners will be able to understand efforts made by the Federal government in satisfying the felt-needs of the people especially in empowerment which is specifically to promote Nigeria's growth rate for the realization of the United Nations sustainable development goals.
The essence of the study was to ascertain in reality, the existence of the SI programmes of the FG and to determine if there is relationship with the felt-needs of the people and these programmes. specifically, the study determined the forms of economic recovery programmes of government for people’s participation in the realisation of sustainable development goals for community development in the Niger delta region and examined the relationship between the economic recovery programmes of government and community members felt-needs in the realisation of sustainable development goals for community development in the Niger delta region.
i intend to set up a power point presentation using a projector in a concurrent session with scholars from other related fields who are upcoming professionals in the field of adult education.
