Session Abstract

Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy in which the main goal of the leader is to serve. The purpose of this study is to get a better outlook about the Servant Leadership within Higher Education Institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic by surveying the presidents of the universities, community colleges.

Session Description

As an introductory activity, the audience will be asked to share their personal challenges they encountered while working during the Covid-19 pandemic, and what measures they institutions have taken during the pandemic. Participants will be asked to share if they agreed/disagreed with their institutions’ response to the pandemic. Upon completion of the presentation, the audience will be engaged in active dialogue regarding the topic and findings. In this study, more than 350 higher education colleges and universities were surveyed.
