Students and educators have been forced into the digital world for education, many face “digital-overload” as a result being consistently in the digital environment. During this presentation we will explore approaches that can bring a balance and quality of life beyond the digital world and in the “real” world. This presentation will help participants to find ways to disconnect from the digital environment and set realistic boundaries. Participants will be provided with practices to find the Zen in their life.
