Session Abstract

This session will share results from a study that explored the relationship between emotional intelligence, engagement and burnout amongst three classes of law enforcement. Factors influencing police culture which lead to burnout will be shared as well as systemic issues facing police training reform.

Session Description

The purpose of the concurrent study will be to identify and discuss the role of emotional intelligence, engagement and burnout among three classes of law enforcement.
