Session Abstract

This case will address the situation of females who were not allowed to enroll in college after they graduated from high school; their parents wanted them to get married and find jobs in developing countries. In this case, we will go with curriculum designing and extra assistance for adult females.

Session Description

Adult education is failed to divide the differences between genders, especially in developing countries. Females carried more responsibility of family than males, based on the gender differences to create the course and design the curriculum is necessary, just like the course for veterans or students with disability. With the development of female rights, we have to pay more attention to the workplace and work-ready courses.
