Abstract
Libraries invest significantly in e-resources with hopes of use. Vendor-provided statistics often lack user-level data. At UH-Manoa, user logins are required for accessing e-resources, whether on-campus or off-campus. This access point data enables the library to comprehend user behaviors, including timing, location, and platforms they use for access. The session will include an analysis of EZ-proxy entry points from 2017 to 2023 covering the periods before, during, and after COVID-19 pandemic.
