Abstract

Roseman Univserity of Health Sciences Library evaualted the existing Interlibrary Loan practices, Clio and Docline, and determined the need for a more automated system. After an evauation of needs we agreed on implementing RapidILL into our workflow to hopfully reduce manual intervention and patron wait times.
