Program Summary

This presentation explores how the mentor-mentee model can overcome contextual challenges to ensure effective teacher education. Basing our presentation on the social constructivist view of education and Hudson’s mentoring model (2010), we outline a collaborative framework, present our innovative practices, and discuss with participants adapting practices to their own context.
