Program Summary

Starting by breaking down “word knowledge,” this session opens critical discussions of a proposed developmental process for training teachers to give tailored, lexical corrective feedback (LCF), often overlooked in vocabulary pedagogy. Participants will deepen their understanding of word knowledge beyond meaning alone and help fine-tune a hierarchy of effective LCF.
