Program Summary

This symposium explores the emergent, dynamic process of developing translanguaging repertoires as part of the language teacher knowledge base in different U.S. bilingual/TESOL teacher education contexts. It features three empirical studies which aim to provide multiple perspectives and implications for critical language teacher education.
