Research literature asserts that administrators neglect World Languages (WL) programs. This e-poster discusses high school principals' instructional leadership practices (ILPs) regarding WL programs. It explains the extent of principal IL, principals' most and least ILPs, factors that affect principals’ support, and perceptual differences between principals and teachers about principals' ILPs.
