Program Summary
This presentation addresses the challenges faced by international ESL teachers in the U.S., and proposes an online teacher community as a solution. Guided by the reflection-on-practice framework, this qualitative case study aims to raise awareness and provide strategies of self-reflection, intending to inspire newly minted ESL international teachers.
