Program Summary
This qualitative study reports on what teacher candidates learned from designing an immersive, project-based, language learning experience (a virtual travel simulation) for middle school students during a semester-long Spanish Teaching Methods course. Findings include positive contributions to teacher candidates’ pedagogical learning as well as collaborative challenges.
