Theorizing Practice, Practicing Theory: 12th International Language Teacher Education Conference

Paper (30 minutes = 20 minutes paper presentation + 10 minutes discussion)

This presentation details the results of a year-long study of an online peer support group of first-year World Language teachers meeting monthly, facilitated by their former university supervisor.  The group serves as a possible model for assisting the transition of graduates into the profession and mitigating novice teacher attrition.
