Program Summary
This presentation explores the development of language teacher identity within a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) context in Germany and Canada. We discuss how enacting language teacher education through COIL can provide an effective setting for the construction of key dimensions of language teacher identity, including linguistic, (inter)cultural, and professional.
