Program Summary
This session explores the relationship between emotions, emotion labor, and emotional capital for language teachers and teacher educators. Sharing findings from a collaborative autoethnography, we discuss the importance of creating emotionally hospitable spaces within educational institutions that promote reflexivity and vitality for both language teachers and teacher educators.
