Program Summary

Recognizing the increasing significance of diversity and inclusion in education, this study aims to address how non-native English teachers' racial identity influences language teaching, impacting classroom dynamics and teachers themselves in an attempt to tackle issues related to racial injustice, discrimination, and stereotypes within the context of language teaching.
