Abstract
The method used in the underlying master's thesis was a focus group survey of reference librarians to determine the information needs of university library users.
It is precisely these information needs that form the basis for categorising the extent to which the Primo Research Assistant fulfils them - based on the results of a second focus group.
This presentation not only provides an overview of the results, but also of the challenges, surprises and limitations of the survey.
