Abstract
You are not really satisfied with the outcome of the existing enhancement processes “Idea Exchange” and “CERV”? This presentation will use a few selected examples to provide some important tips that you should take to heart as the submitter of an Idea or CERV request in order to increase your chances of receiving a significant number of votes and reduce the workload for the reviewers in the IGeLU Working Groups. We will also look at what else Clarivate could and should do to improve its products as effectively and sustainably as possible using the existing enhancement processes.
