Where are the researchers and evaluators of color? The Annie E. Casey Foundation's new Expanding the Bench (ETB) initiative identifies and engages historically under-represented researchers and evaluators of color. Lack of diversity in research and evaluation impedes our ability to benefit from the skills, insights, and contributions of under-represented minority scholars. In this interactive session, presenters will discuss ETB activities, lead a discussion regarding diversity building challenges and solutions experienced by other grantmaking organizations and describe opportunities and partnership.
