Abstract

Usability testing of LibGuides is an effective tool for illuminating problems and helping librarians create engaging, user-centered content. This talk details an in-progress, iterative usability study of LibGuides. The presenter, an Emerging Technologies Librarian, will describe the study, findings, establishment of best practices, and techniques for communicating with internal stakeholders.
