Abstract
Duke Libraries staff use a budget-friendly, "on-the-fly" methodology to test not only web interfaces but also physical spaces and services on a monthly basis. Presenters will describe projects that have benefitted from this methodology and highlight techniques for reporting and responding quickly to test findings and recommendations.

- Identify components of an effective, budget-friendly, “on-the-fly” methodology for testing web interfaces and physical spaces or services
- Describe how to report recommendations for improvement to stakeholders
- Identify interfaces or services at their institutions that could benefit from user testing
